Terms and conditions
- Online Booking
A deposit of 50% of the total estimated bill is required to hold the booking on a confirm basis at least 30 days before the tour starts.
- Security deposit
Refundable if there is no damage on the bike. Required deposit is rs. 10000/- per bike & one original ID proof.
- Motorbike drop charges to Manali
- From Srinagar: Rs 15,000/- per bike
- From Leh: Rs 10,000/- per bike
- From Shimla: Rs 8,000/- per bike
- From Spiti: Rs 8,000/- per bike
- Cancellation and refunds
- 40% of the total estimated bill is refundable until 60 days before the tour starts. Above stipulated time, 0% will be refundable.
- While on a ride in rear extreme case by natural crisis/road blockage/Accident/snow fall/earthquake etc, Hardev Motors Holds the rights to changes Route plans /Abort/Detour, As rider safety is our prime concern. No amount is refundable in that condition.
- Responsibility of the applicant
The company is not responsible in case of physical or fatal injuries.
The company is not responsible for the bikes damages. If the tire, body or clutch plates are damaged / papers, tools or riding gears are lost or damaged because of rough riding applicant will be charged.
- Trip extension
If unforeseen circumstances necessitate a trip extension or if the participants decide to extend the motorbike tour, additional costs will be charged to them.
- Number of rental days
If you travel to Ladakh or Spiti Valley, hiring the bike for a minimum of 7 days is required.
- Hire of mechanic and back-up vehicle
Plus a bike for him is compulsory if 3 or more bikes are hired. Being accompanied by one of our mechanic is necessary for a maximum of safety. They are well-experienced in riding through the Himalayan areas (high altitudes, fast climate changes, condition of the roads, etc.) so are extremely well-prepared to face any kind of situation.
From 6 bikes, hiring a back-up vehicle becomes necessary. The jeep will carry the mechanic, luggage, fuel, tools, spare parts, snacks, and in case of trouble (accident or sickness) will transport the rider concerned to the closest medical facility if required.
- Mechanical Failure
Company takes responsibility with free service within 8 km area. Beyond 8 km, applicant is responsible for any failure / breakdown and will be charged for it.
- Rental
Will be charged until the bike is back in the company.
