Goa is not a Himalayan pass. It is winter coast: humidity, palm, and a motorcycle that still needs to be ridden well in sand and town traffic. Hardev Motors uses it as a halt and a mood change on coastal itineraries, not as a rave rental stall.
Coastal Ride and the longer Mumbai–Kanyakumari line both have a relationship with this shore. A dedicated Goa motorcycle tour is for riders who want days here, then maybe Konkan, without pretending the Western Ghats are Ladakh.
NH66, beach spurs, ferry timing, and rain even in so-called dry months. The Himalayan is overkill for a café hop and correct for a multi-day coast.
November to February for published coastal work. Monsoon Goa is a different, wetter motorcycle story we will not sell as a sun holiday.
