Fixed departures are the dates on the wall: a start, a finish, a price as rider including Royal Enfield, and a route we have already chosen. You join the table. You do not invent the map the night before.
The 2026 calendar is how Hardev Motors says when a road is usually rideable. Divine Zanskar and Leh in May through summer, Spiti Behind The Scenes when Kunzum is open, Sach Pass Wilderness in September, Glimpse of Rajasthan in the cold months, the Coastal Trail in winter, Nepal Lost World on its own weeks. Those are not decorative.
A fixed departure motorcycle tour includes the Himalayan, the lead, the support, and the nights as published. You still need to arrive able to ride. The date does not make Baralacha gentle. It makes the logistics already done.
Joining a calendar date is how solo riders and pairs meet a crew without paying for a whole private van. It is also how we keep bike preparation in a rhythm: the same machines, the same checks, the same spare kit that already knows this itinerary.
If your leave misses the poster, ask for a custom date. Do not try to bend a fixed departure into a different country. The Spiti week will not sprout Pangong because a guest has a drone.
Prices on the calendar are the starting published figures for that departure. Read the tour page for what is in and what is not. We do not sell “page-one in 30 days” packages. We sell a week that already has a shape.
You meet in Vashisht or the published start city, take the briefing, and ride the days as written. Weather can still steal a pass. The group waits together. That is the social contract of a fixed date.

January to March: coast and Rajasthan, plus Nepal on listed weeks. May to August: Zanskar, Leh, high Himalaya. July to September: Spiti. September: Sach Pass. November and December: Rajasthan again. If your month is empty on the high roads, that is information, not a gap in marketing.
