Himachal is not one road. It is the orchard Kullu valley, the high desert of Lahaul and Spiti, the gorge of Pangi, and the long Kinnaur exit toward Shimla. A Himachal motorcycle tour with Hardev Motors is planned from Manali, not from a map of “hill stations”.
We have ridden these districts since 1985. That shows in which months we publish, which nights we refuse to stack, and which shortcuts we will not sell.
A statewide Himachal bike trip should pick a line. Trying to see Shimla, Spiti, and Sach Pass in one fortnight is how the holiday becomes a transfer.
Summer belongs to Lahaul, Spiti, and the Manali–Leh approach. September is the honest window for Sach Pass. Winter stays in the Kullu valley or leaves Himachal for Rajasthan and the coast.

Valley riding is possible most of the year. High passes are June to September, with Sach Pass often later than Kunzum. Ask before you book October as if it were July.

No. Leh is one line. Spiti, Sach Pass, and Kullu valley rides are Himachal tours in their own right.
A valley weekend is three or four days. Spiti wants about ten. A pass expedition wants two weeks. Do not stack all three.
