Nepal is a different Himalaya: a capital in a bowl, Pokhara under Annapurna, and the Terai heat in the south. A motorcycle tour here needs border time, documents, and a pace that is not Manali to Leh with extra prayer flags.
Hardev Motors lists Nepal among guided expeditions. We do not treat it as an afterthought day-trip from Uttarakhand. Kathmandu traffic is its own skill. The hills west toward Pokhara are the riding people actually came for.
Indian riders still need the right papers. Overseas riders need more. We put that in the joining notes instead of discovering it at the checkpoint.
Valley chaos, then mid-hill highways, then maybe a high side road if the itinerary and the season agree. The Himalayan is still the bike. Fuel and punctures still happen in places with one pump.
Terai is plains, wildlife margins, and heat. Combine it only if the group wants that contrast. Do not add Chitwan by stealing a Pokhara night.
Autumn (October–November) and spring (March–April) are the kind windows. Monsoon is a mud story. Winter fog sits in the valleys.

No. They start on the Nepal side after you have crossed with the paperwork in order. Manali is where we prepare the plan and, often, the crew.
Upper Mustang is restricted, seasonal, and extra. Do not assume it sits inside a Kathmandu–Pokhara week. Ask.
